周新民：男，47岁，主任医师、教授。1985年毕业于第四军医大学，获学士学位；1991年毕业于第二军医大学，获硕士学位；1997年毕业于第四军医大学，获博士学位。2000-2001年在香港大学医学院访问学者，合作研究一年。主要从事急慢性肝病发病机制及临床干预策略方面的研究。现任第四军医大学第一附属医院消化病医院教授、主任医师，消化八科主任；中华医学会消化分会肝病协作组委员；中华医学会感染病分会肝衰竭和人工肝学组委员；陕西省肝病学会副主任委员。2009年获军队医疗成果一等奖1项（第二完成人），2007年获军队医疗成果三等奖一项。获国家自然科学基金面上项目1项，参与“863”科技计划项目1项，近年共发表SCI论文17篇。
