韩英：女，45岁，教授、主任医师，博士生导师。1981-1986年毕业于河北医科大学医学系；1996-1998年在日本京都府立医科大学留学，从事离子通道及信号转导的研究工作。1998-2001年毕业于第四军医大学消化内科，获博士学位。博士毕业后，2002－2003年在日本东京大学药学系做博士后研究，从事药代动力学及药效学的研究工作。2000获国家自然科学基金面上项目一项，题目为“MGr1-Ag的耐药机制与离子通道及信号转导的关系”现已顺利结题。2004年获国家自然科学基金面上项目一项，项目名称为“介导结合胆红素转运新分子的克隆、鉴定及功能研究”；2009年获陕西省“3115”重大科技专项1项；负责“863”分课题、国家“十一五”科技支撑计划分课题和“973”项目子课题各一项。现任第四军医大学西京消化病院九科主任，中华医学会内科学分会常委、中华医学会肝病学分会委员。主要从事免疫性肝病发病机制和干细胞移植治疗终末期肝病的研究。2009年被评为总后“科技银星”。2009年获军队医疗成果一等奖1项（第一完成人），近年来发表以第一作者、通讯作者共发表SCI论文10篇。
