洪流，男，1980年4月出生，2002年毕业于第四军医大学医疗系本科, 获医学学士学位。2007年7月毕业于第四军医大学消化内科学专业，获得医学博士学位（硕博连读）。学位论文《ZNRD1在胃癌发生和胃癌多药耐药中的功能研究》被评为全国优秀博士学位论文，导师为樊代明院士。现任第四军医大学西京消化病医院副教授、主治医师。主要从事消化道肿瘤的基因治疗研究。先后负责2项国家自然科学基金面上项目，参编医学专著4部，获国家专利1项。研究成果在国际专业刊物发表学术论文45篇。2006年获陕西省科技进步一等奖1项（排名第5），2008年获国家科技进步一等奖1项（排名第8）。
