吴开春,男, 49 岁,教授,博士生导师。教育部“长江学者奖励计划”特聘教授,国家杰出青年基金获得者,肿瘤生物学国家重点实验室主要学术骨干。现任中华医学会消化病学分会常委兼秘书长、亚太地区胃肠病学会常务理事兼奖励委员会主席等学术职务。

1997 年赴英国 Nottingham 大学攻读博士后,并先后在英国牛津大学和美国西北大学做访问学者。长期从事胃肠疾病的基础和临床研究,在胃肠免疫学和肿瘤免疫学方面,尤其是胃癌化学预防、血管生成和炎症性肠病的研究中取得突出成绩。首先发现 COX2 促进胃癌进展的作用与其促血管生成有关, Ang-2 是介导 COX-2 促血管生成的重要下游靶分子;研制出能与胃癌血管内皮靶向性结合的多肽 GX1 ,其在胃癌血管特异性诊治中有良好的应用前景;率先研究并发现肠粘膜巨噬细胞参与炎症性肠病发病的机制。先后获得国家杰出青年基金课题、国家“ 973 ”计划课题、国家“ 863 ”计划课题、国家自然科学基金国际合作课题、军队科技攻关等课题 20 余项。获国家发明专利 3 项。 2000 年入选首批“高等学校骨干教师资助计划”, 2002 年获得国家杰出青年基金, 2005 年被批准为教育部“长江学者奖励计划”特聘教授, 2008 年获国家科技进步一等奖 1 项。发表 SCI 论文 121 篇,其中以第一作者及通讯作者发表 SCI 收录论文 43 篇,总计影响因子为 122.491 ,被 61 种杂志引用 410 次,文章发表在 Gut 、 Ann Intern Med 、 Carcinogenesis 、 Int J Cancer 等杂志。
